“The grant supports eight (8) regional Migrant Education Tutorial and Support Services (METS) program centers across New York State. The goals of the METS are to support the identification and recruitment of migrant-eligible children and youth, agricultural workers, fishers and their families, and to provide them with evidence-based supplemental educational programs and supportive services based on their needs as well as current and emerging data.
