Offshore conditions will be slightly dusty at times. Winds inshore will be northwesterly at 13-23 KT, gusting to 33 KT daytime, decreasing to 05- 15 KT by night. Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at 12-22 KT, gusting to 32 KT at times, decreasing to 07- 17 KT later. Sea conditions inshore will range from 3-5 FT, falling to 1 -3 FT later, while offshore seas are expected to be 4-8/ 10 FT, falling to 2-4 FT later. Visibility inshore will range from 4 to 9 KM /3 KM or less at places daytime. Offshore visibility is expected to range between 5 and 9 km.
