“KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 — The man suspected of causing a crash that killed two people along Jalan Ampang earlier this month will be charged tomorrow with two counts of murder. According to the New Straits Times (NST), Kuala Lumpur Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department chief ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa said the 24-year-old man is scheduled to be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code at the Kuala Lumpur Court at 9am tomorrow. “The charges relate to the deaths of Doraisingam Arumugam and Menagah Arjunan in the May 2 incident at 5.30am,” he was quoted as saying. It was previously reported that the married couple’s motorcycle was struck from behind by a car driven by the suspect along Jalan Ampang. Both victims suffered severe head injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
