EC gazettes April voter roll, with 39,111 Malaysians automatically registered under Undi18
PUTRAJAYA, May 21 — A total of 39,111 citizens aged 18 and above between April 1 and 30 were automatically registered as new voters under the April 2026 Supplementary Electoral Roll (DPT BLN4/2026). Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus said the supplementary electoral roll, which was verified on May 20 and gazetted today, also contained 15,880 registered voters who changed constituencies and 1,369 voters who changed voter categories or status. “DPT BLN4/2026 is open for review for 30 days from today until June 19, 2026,” he said in a statement today. Khairul Shahril urged citizens who turned 18 between April 1 and 30, 2026, as well as registered voters who applied to change constituencies, voter categories or status, to check their names in the supplementary electoral roll. He said checks can be made via the EC portal at spr.gov.my or mysprsemak.spr.gov.my , state election office portals at ppn.spr.gov.my , the MySPR online application at myspr.spr.gov.my , the MySPR Semak mobile application or by calling 03-8892 7218. Khairul Shahril said voters whose names are not listed in DPT BLN4/2026 may submit claims by filling Form C through the EC online application or at the relevant state election office. Registered voters wishing to object to the inclusion of voters transferred to another constituency may submit Form D through the EC online application or at the relevant state election office, he said. Form C and Form D can also be downloaded from the state election office portal at ppn.spr.gov.my and submitted to the relevant state election director with the objection fee during office hours, throughout the review period for DPT BLN4/2026. — Bernama
