FSU’s Garnet & Gold Scholar Society welcomes final inductees

“Florida State University’s Career Center recently honored its final group of Garnet & Gold Scholars, culminating 16 years of student achievement and impact. Thirteen students were inducted at a ceremonial celebration breakfast. Established in 2010, the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society was created to recognize students who engage in meaningful experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom. Since then, experiential learning has become a defining component of the undergraduate experience and has been integrated into the CoreFSU curriculum for all students. Reflecting on the legacy of the program, Li P. Pon, senior assistant director for Experiential Learning, emphasized the collective commitment and success of the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society.
