The signing ceremony was attended by HE Lekhwiya Deputy Commander Staff Major General Mohammed Misfer al-Shahwani. The memorandum is intended to enhance co-operation by drawing on the expertise of Lekhwiya-affiliated Qatari International Search and Rescue Group in the field of rescue operations. It also covers the provision of consultancy services and technical specifications for equipment used in field operations and practical training exercises.
