Tarek El-Gedawy, Chief Commercial Officer of New Event Developments, said the project offers a variety of unit types and services, with planning focused on creating a residential environment characterised by higher levels of privacy and integrated amenities. He added that the company is relying on digital sales and marketing channels, alongside flexible payment plans, to support demand and expand its customer base. Head of Marketing and Public Relations at New Event Developments, Dina Anwar, said the company launched an early-stage marketing campaign ahead of the official project announcement to raise awareness through outdoor advertising, digital platforms, and media outreach. She noted that the branding strategy aimed to establish a distinctive market identity while targeting both domestic buyers and Egyptians living abroad. Meanwhile, Amr Hussein, Projects Director at New Event Developments, said the project will feature landscaped areas, recreational facilities, sports zones, walking tracks, security systems, and commercial spaces. He added that building heights are planned at up to eight floors to preserve open views and privacy, with project delivery scheduled within approximately four years according to the company’s development timeline.
