They discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them besides developments in the region, particularly those related to the ceasefire between the US and tIran, and efforts aimed at de-escalation, contributing to enhancing security and stability in the region. The prime minister also held a phone call with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi. They discussed bilateral co-operation and ways to further enhance it, in addition to regional developments. The prime minister emphasised the importance of all parties responding to ongoing mediation efforts to address the root causes of the crisis through peaceful means and dialogue, leading to a sustainable agreement that prevents renewed escalation.
