Brickfields police chief ACP Hoo Chang Hook said the raid was conducted following the death of a 31-year-old local man who had been brought from the hotel to the emergency department of Kuala Lumpur Hospital yesterday morning. “The victim’s body underwent a post-mortem examination at the HKL Forensic Department at noon today. “The cause of death is still pending laboratory test results, and the case has been classified as a sudden death report,” he said in a statement today.
