Aurevia Community is located in the Sixth Settlement and spans around 19 feddans, with total investments estimated at EGP 5bn. The company is targeting projected sales of approximately EGP 8bn from the development. The project comprises 14 residential buildings, each including a ground floor and eight upper floors, offering a variety of unit types such as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside duplexes and penthouses. The development will also feature a range of amenities, including a mosque, clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, and a mixed-use commercial and administrative zone. A 10,000-square-metre plot has been allocated for a hotel operated by Gravity Hotels & Resorts. Winvestor additionally announced launch incentives, including flexible payment plans and limited-time discounts. According to Hisham Ibrahim, the project reflects the company’s strategy of developing integrated communities and diversified residential offerings. He said the Sixth Settlement was selected following market studies indicating continued urban expansion and rising investment activity in the area. For his part, Hisham Helal said the project’s design focuses on balancing functionality with aesthetics, while prioritising open spaces and residential efficiency. Mohamed Abdel-Sabour said the development marks the company’s entry into hotel management in New Cairo, adding that the planned hotel will follow modern operational standards.
