“The British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS) is the Learned Society dedicated to advancing educational leadership. As a registered charity, BELMAS supports its members through a wide range of opportunities, including: Events and networking opportunities Research Interest Groups ( RIGs ) Awards, Bursaries and Grants A member Blog and online resources Two leading journals: Educational Management Administration & Leadership ( EMAL ) and Management in Education ( MiE ). Each July, they host an Annual International Conference in the UK, welcoming participants from over 75 countries. This flagship event brings together members for critical debate, collaboration, and the sharing of cutting-edge research and practice.
